Make it: Protein Packed Chicken Salad

Why we like it: lots of protein, keeps well, take it on-the-go, satisfying, versatile
Ingredients

1 large can white meat chicken

1 cup chopped celery

1/3 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt

1/3 cup chopped almonds or pecans
-
1/4 cup green chopped green onions
-
1/4 cup chopped apple (save the rest for a snack)

3 TBS lemon juice
-
salt + pepper to taste
Make it: Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve with lettuce wraps, on sprouted grain bread, or on its own.
