I am a Certified WERQ Instructor and a WERQ Rep for North Carolina. I teach and sub in the Garner/Raleigh/Clayton/Benson, NC area. I love that dance fitness gets us healthy emotionally, mentally and physically. Everyone is on their own path to health. Therefore, all ages, races, sizes, sexes, and skill levels are encouraged to join us. This IS for everyone. Feel the music, move your body. Never stop moving. Even if you think you have two left feet, remember that dancing is super important for brain health. If you have any questions about classes, instructing or hosting fundraisers, give me a call!
