Sarah is the WERQ rep for the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC area. She has been a WERQ instructor since 2015. She loves building a safe and joyful community with her participants as they WERQ together to have fun while meeting their fitness goals. She also has a background in musical theater, so she has been dancing all her life. She is excited to meet you, and hopes to see you in a class soon!
