I am a certified dance fitness instructor with WERQ and XaBeat, and a certified yoga instructor with Core Power Yoga. I have been teaching dance fitness classes since 2016 and I enjoy every minute of it! To me, dance is about letting your body and mind be free through movements. Just like my favorite song goes, “I feel better when I am dancing.” I am motivated to share the joy of dancing and the health benefits that come along with it!
